Healthhub clinic international City, so far only clinic found that much clean and little spacious competitive to all other clinics in international city, you can make booking online, they have app, as well, you can always go walkin, in evening they are more rushy competitive to day time, they have various specialists available including gynaecologist, general practitioner, child specialist. Healthhub pharmacy also inside the same clinic building. They deal proactively with the insurance companies as well. If you carry basic insurance you have to take appointment with general practitioner and then they refer to the specialist if needed.

It takes little bit of time for insurance approval but . Staffs are intelligent. Overall great service.

This place is highly recommended. All the receptionists and nurses are very friendly and professional. My experience with Dr Jimmy for the past 2 years has been amazing. I am always satisfied with their services.

This clinic has the best professional staffs who really acts fast to serve patients and also super supportive team who knows how to care about patient. My personal experience with Dr. Jimmy Thomas has been incredible over the years and this Doctor is really a great GP with his best 24/7 approach which hardly I see in other clinics or hospitals. The amount of care Dr. Jimmy takes to his patients are really something takes me to HEALTH HUB CLINIC every time. I admire the process of the clinic entire process which is really faster than my previous clinics, everything is there in the system and records are very intact and well maintained. The lab support, the insurance team works really faster which makes me feel comfortable.The pharmacy also updates status in a timely manner and they have delivered some medicines to my home when same was not in stock during my visit.Over all I am really impressed with Health huband Dr. Jimmy Thomas for being so so dedicated to the service they have been providing specially during such hard times. Personally I am recommending everyone this clinic.

Dr Shameena (Dentist) Pravan is incredible , Not only she has taken care of my teeth . But also she is extremely professional at her talks and Explanations with at every appointments. It’s rare to find a doctors that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care . Me and Family highly recommend becoming her patient.

Disappointing experience. sputum Culture report was sent after 3 weeks tht too after email follow up with no reply and then complaining at the call centre . This has now lead to delay in treatment over 2 weeks as if its positive culture patient should be immediately informed as well as the Dr. No call .,no mail even after emailing the nurse station on 17th Aug. Rather old invoice was mailed on 23rd instead of report . Test report was ready on 5th of Aug.Thankfully Dr Jimmy is there who was quick to respond and arrange appt. He is very humble and supportive and available for any query. God bless him. He does what is best for his patient and is always available. Health Hub should make sure to mail reports on time and reply to emails and hold accountability for worsening of symptoms and delay in treatment.Very surprised that my insurance was used on 23rd August 2021 and I didnt visited the clinic that day

Dr. Vivek Misra Ortho and Rakesh the Physio is the best I have encountered in Dubai... I have been ailing with my lower back pain for a while and the therapist is not just amazing but he has a grandmothers touch to heel. He makes you feel like family and treats as if you are his own. I love this place. The receptionist Sarita and the Indonesian (sorry dont know her name) nurse Mandolin they are very caring. I just wish this was a full time hospital and not just a clinic. Thank you all for fixing me back to my feet.

Best ever hospital specialist gynecologist Dr. Stuti Mishra and nurse Remya did great job for my wife. She really taken care more than anything. Very pathetic service.dr stuti mishra gynacologist dont know how to treat her patients.while going for an ultrasound scan she was continuously on fone call and afterward continuously telling me about ultrasound charges .i never write reviews about anyone but seriously i was in pain and delima regarding my pregnacay. We have visited for the vaccinations of my 6 months old daughter. The doctors and sisters all of them are awesome. Quick process unless the insurance approval. Very satisfying.

There are other branches of HealtHub closer to my house but I prefer to visit the International City branch because the staff are very helpful and efficient. I especially like Dr Najia and Dr Vivek because of their professionalism and their passion in treating her patient. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone.The HealthHub Pharmacy are equally helpful whilst dispensing my prescription.

I went for physio therapy yesterday and it was excellent. The pain from my shoulder to the neck that is really painful was relieved. Thanks to Dr. Rakesh Jayakrishnan. Highly recommend for physio therapy.

First they started a new setup, super disorganized. I came last week and to test my 3 month old, I came back to retest they no longer have high risk priority due to complaints. Okay so I waited 2 hours with a crying baby. I had to feed her, change diaper, cuddle her, constant crying. The baby obviously is in pain because she could potentially have the covid. Not cool to have babies wait so long. Horrible! Mothers please be prepared it takes too long. Find another place.

Physiotherapy with Raakesh was great. Fixed my shoulder in no time to after carrying an injury for 2 months.

I went there for my PCR test ... This is NOT a drive thru center ... Please dont do false advertisement ... You have to get out of the car and stand in line (outside the building, not even covered area) to do the registration ... Waiting time is also one hour, so wont recommend this really

Recently visited this clinic for my daughters vaccination, prior to which used their telehealth service to have consultation on Zoom, each and every step I used was user friendly and smooth. Services are prompt and staff is cooperative. I found this clinic best in International city.

This is really frustrating. It’s really not well organized . Super crowded , people were all standing outside the door, blocking the only communication way to the staffs, even though it’s called “drive through” ?super messy , this is not the service of al Futtaim.

Total unprofessional people, standing to coordinate the drive thru COVID test. Had to wait 30 mins for them to give the form to fill and then followed up after another 1 hour 30 mins they are asking to wait for an SMS, after which they told to wait for 1 hour more to do the testing. This place is unbelievable.Looks nice and modern and paperless but- extremely tight space and No social distancing- someone with signs of flu/covid came to the door and asking for covid test and the nurse advised him to wait near the door while everyone passing in and out and he is just 10 cm from everyone near the door.- reception area is basically like a vegetable market, nurse will go inside to apply for insurance approval or billing and you go in to pay and come out like having 2 kg of fruits between that chaos.- laboratory technician got her major study on vein-fishing, my wife never had any issues taking blood from her hands while the technician was struggling and fishing that I had to ask her firmly to STOP.- regardless the paperless environment but you have to touch the ipads to made pointless signatures (never experienced that in any clinic in my life) after the doctor visit.- after signature you will look for sanitizer and surprisingly most of wall sanitizers are not working.I expected to see very high standard clinic as the view is very modern but the reality was scary.I will never come back or even go to any of your branches. Plus won’t do any pending tests. Not worthy the risk of coming back.UPDATE:You didn’t find my information for 2 reasons, first the profile with my wife’s name. Second I am her emergency contact but your reception team copied my name wrong despite giving them my EID.Our appointment was at 1.40 pm on 7th Jan with Dr Stuti hopefully that could help you find our information.

I am suffering from capsulitis right now and on my 3rd week of physiotherapy sessions at health hub clinic. I am amazed how the physiotherapist (rakesh) is dealing with his patients. He is very kind and very helpful. There were times that he was with more than one patients in the physiotheraphy room and he made sure that all of us felt okay and well treated (entertained:). I found him very funny (friendly) at the same time that even you are in pain you will feel great during the sessions. I would recommend Mr. Rakesh to all my friends and colleagues just in case:) Kudos (salute) to health hub clinic international city for having Rakesh at the physiotherapy department. Also, Ms. Helen and Ms. Meg are great additional to the health hub team.

I consulted the Orthopedic and Physiotherapy centres of Health Hub for my prolapsed disc in lower back. The doctor not only gave the right advice of not going for the surgery but referred to their physio section which in my opinion is the best in town. Ms. Mehreen is an expert in manual therapy along with physiotherapy and was able to make me walk in just 10 physio sessions. May almighty grant her more success and make Health Hub help serve more patients to full recovery.

I’m trying call HealthHub International city branch last three days (more then 25 times) nobody answer my call, then I tried through call center, but they are so rude to answer my question.Good Doctors very kind too, but nursing staff (some) so rude and attitude towards the patients, nursing staff are very busy with there mobile phone. Even insurance department people are unprofessional. I would never ever recommend my friends to visit HealthHub International city branch.

Visited clinic for COVID test. Appointment have taken through online. Reached the test site on time. Emirates ID and credit card have taken for registration and payment. Test done. Emirates ID, credit card and invoice have given without any delay.Test results have sent via sms and email without any delay.Very systematic.

Such a poor experience.... Fisrt when i went there for my baby. The staff at counter was super lazy. One of them was not even listening. And nurse told me to wait and she would be back with my approval but no one came. I had to go ans ask again n again my self.Then we were not even informed that my babys only one test was covered under insurance. Now its been a whole day we are calling for results of that one test but they are not picking call. Such a pathetic experience.

I had made appointments for my child at 7.20 pm and we reached hospital at 7am but I meet doctors at 9am... If you want to meet any doctor in this clinic you have to consider 3 hour will be waste....Medicine coasting double price compare to ather pharmacy.....

The clinic is well maintained and in good condition. The only problem is nobody picks up the call at the reception, while they keep mentioning we are available 24×7.

Everything perfect except the attitude and arrogant behaviour of one lady staff in the pharmacy. I visited 29th October 2020 to the clinic and met doctor Jimmiy thomas and he prescribed the medicine. Once I reached the pharmacy the pharmasit was busy in the computor and asked me patiants name and I answered. I couldnt see any politeness in her what I saw in clinic. she said to get apporval from insurance and then only can give medicine. I said okay and once it is ready please deliver to me.Today 31st I called the clinic again and asked about my medicine and they transfered me to the pharmacy. The pharmacist picked the phone but not even shown the courtesy to say hello and kept quiet. I said hello then she answered. I adviced her the caller should know that you have attended the call so say minimum hello. Then I asked about my medicine and she lost her control and very vigorously answered. What should I do many times I called your insurance company and they are not answering.The way she talk to me like I was her long time enemy.I said her on my visit that I am dibetic and my last medicine finished on thursday.She said she has done all now you can directly contact your insuarance and may be they are not taking the call because of health hub call and if you call directly they will answer. I lost my self by hearing this answer from a medical team. This is the first time I hear during my 28 years experience in gulf.I expected an answer that unfortunately your insuarance not yet answered and will update you once I get them in line. Here she accused me for my call and it was totally with arrogance. I keep telling my friends that the treatment and behaviour of all medical team are very welcomeful and recommended them all to health hub. Now with this incident my mind set is not going to change. but I am sure some one have to think about a corrective action on this person and training required how to deal with a patiant of customer. Ask the staff to be an attentive listener than a preacher with very agressive and unsupportive answers. I adviced her not to jump on the customers and you can report your seniors if you have any issues or challenges related to workIf Aafiya is not responding properly please remove from your list.I cant give a 5 star in this case.Good luckDhanesh kumar.

Called several times for Reports. Since they are not available in the App. None of them are picking up the phone.It has happened several times.Really you people need to at least pick up calls it might be an emergency for somebody.

Good doctors ,pediatrician & Gen physicians but a bit unorganised in terms of billing and once the consultation is done only 1 billing available, much needs to done after consultation process to make things smooth for patients

We recently visited the clinic to see the pediatrician, so that we can have our child (new born) vaccinated as he was born abroad and we needed to complete the normal vaccination, however, we were surprised to know that they don’t have the license to give vaccination, which give us the impression that they are lacking to provide complete facilities, beside the fact that they have quite higher consultations fees compare to others in the area.I believe that the clinic should be fully equipped with all the necessary support, before offering the specialist service for any respective field.

The best customer experience we had in any clinic is this one. Be it staff or the doctors. All of them give you a feeling that they are trying their best to help you. Dr. Stuti Mishra is a great person to interact with apart from getting the professional advice. Staff at the counter (Ms. Htun) and behind the counter (Ms. Remya) are very respectful and helpful. The dirtiest ever clinic I visited. I think they don’t sweep or mop for months. I visited 6 months ago 1st time and today same dirty and dusty flooring. When I ask the cleaner abt this And he said sorry sir it’s just 3 days only we didn’t clean or else we clean normally. I have pictures and I will attached. The worst part is the doctors room flooring.

She is very professional and informative in her field, the way she directed me through the whole process was amazing. You are fortunate to have someone like Ms. Megha. She is not only very courteous with her patients but attends each one of your patients with no prior to prejudices. Try and retain her in your prestigious company. Very bad staff not friendly. They asked too many questions. I went there 4.:20pm and and finesh it all 6;20 pm there was only one patient before me.

Excellent place as per the designs and friendly and helpful staff but basically we go to see doctors, I had visited doctor Jimmy 2 times but at terms of the explanation he didnt explain and I dont want to complain he actually didnt help me out nor gave me any details. Then I went to rashid hospital. It was excellent.Overall parking and other services were available except the doctors should show a little interest in their work and explain the patient and give guidelines. Even I asked for the guidelines the doctors answers were not really helping.The lady Doctor GP Nadia Asim I am not sure about her name she was very helpful.And I will definitely recommend the lady Doctor to others and this clinic.

From December 2019 I have to carry pain on my left feet uncle. On June the pain increased , but I vesite Dr Rakesh in health hub in international city when I start the session the pain was cannot described as it was to much after 2 session with Dr Rakesh I start again run and pain were reduced to much as therapy medication I would recommend Dr raksh as he is really respective person and he is professional in his work, thank you Dr Rakesh.

I had gone to this clinic yesterday (01.11.2019). Really all the staff are behaved friendly and appeared professional. I had consultation with Dr. Jimmy Thomas - The General Practitioner who diagnosed me and had no hesitation to answer my queries about my health while I asked him. Today 12:20 PM Date 29/02/2020 i call to clinic for appointment No body attend call after some time i have call them again some one attend my call and he place receiver on desk i was listening voice of all staff but no body was speaking on meCall system of international city health clinic is very bad we can take any appointment on call even no body want to speak with customer via telephoneits really bad service no body want to assist on telephone

Excellent atmosphere ever seen in international city,patiently guided by the doctors and staffs awful experience during the treatment time.

Excellent services and well experienced doctors .. Took treatment for my wife for her neck/shoulder painand result was good after doing physiotherapy.. Treatment of Ortho dept & Physiotherapy dept is really appreciable...

I visited the Dentist Dr shameena Pravan an I must say. She is super in her work very kind helpful and professional .Im happy that we have such good Dr who we can rely on. Would definitely recommend my friends and family to her .
